Entendre les parts d&#8217;un quadre el\u00e8ctric \u2014quina funci\u00f3 compleix cada element i per qu\u00e8 es col\u00b7loca on es col\u00b7loca\u2014 \u00e9s fonamental tant per a qui ha d&#8217;especificar un quadre nou com per a qui ha de diagnosticar una avaria o planificar una ampliaci\u00f3. En aquesta guia repassem en detall cadascun dels components que formen un quadre el\u00e8ctric industrial.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un quadre el\u00e8ctric industrial i per a qu\u00e8 serveix?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un quadre el\u00e8ctric industrial \u00e9s el conjunt d&#8217;aparallatge, elements de control i connexions allotjats en una envolvent, la funci\u00f3 de la qual \u00e9s distribuir l&#8217;energia el\u00e8ctrica de manera segura i controlar el funcionament de m\u00e0quines, l\u00ednies de producci\u00f3 o instal\u00b7lacions auxiliars. Segons la seva funci\u00f3 principal, pot tractar-se d&#8217;un quadre de control, un quadre de distribuci\u00f3 o un centre de control de motors, per\u00f2 en tots els casos comparteix una base de components comuna que \u00e9s la que desenvolupem en aquesta guia. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parts principals d&#8217;un quadre el\u00e8ctric industrial<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un quadre el\u00e8ctric s&#8217;organitza en diversos grups funcionals de components. Cadascun compleix una funci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica dins del conjunt, i la seva correcta selecci\u00f3 determina tant la seguretat com la fiabilitat de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Envolvent<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;envolvent \u00e9s la carcassa que allotja tots els components del quadre i actua com a primera barrera de protecci\u00f3 davant de contactes accidentals, pols, humitat i agents externs. El seu grau de protecci\u00f3 (codi IP) es selecciona en funci\u00f3 de l&#8217;entorn on s&#8217;instal\u00b7li el quadre: un quadre en una sala t\u00e8cnica neta no requereix el mateix grau de protecci\u00f3 que un d&#8217;instal\u00b7lat en una nau amb pres\u00e8ncia de pols o humitat. L&#8217;envolvent tamb\u00e9 determina les dimensions disponibles per allotjar la resta de components i ha de permetre la dissipaci\u00f3 de la calor generada per l&#8217;aparallatge interior.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aparallatge de protecci\u00f3 i maniobra<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9s el conjunt de components el\u00e8ctrics responsable de protegir la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 davant de sobrecarregues, curtcircuits i derivacions, aix\u00ed com de permetre la maniobra \u2014connexi\u00f3 i desconnexi\u00f3\u2014 dels circuits.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interruptor general \u2014 permet tallar l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 de tot el quadre d&#8217;una sola maniobra, i \u00e9s el primer element de seguretat davant de qualsevol intervenci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interruptors autom\u00e0tics (magnetot\u00e8rmics) \u2014 protegeixen cada circuit davant de sobrecarregues i curtcircuits, desconnectant autom\u00e0ticament quan el corrent supera el valor per al qual estan calibrats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interruptors diferencials \u2014 detecten fugues de corrent cap a terra i desconnecten el circuit per protegir les persones davant del risc d&#8217;electrocuci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contactors \u2014 permeten la connexi\u00f3 i desconnexi\u00f3n de c\u00e0rregues, especialment motors, mitjan\u00e7ant un senyal de control de baixa pot\u00e8ncia, i s\u00f3n la base de qualsevol automatisme d&#8217;arrencada i aturada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rel\u00e9s t\u00e8rmics i guardamotors \u2014 protegeixen espec\u00edficament els motors davant de sobrecarregues prolongades que podrien danyar els seus bobinatges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fusibles \u2014 protecci\u00f3 addicional o alternativa als interruptors autom\u00e0tics, especialment en circuits on es requereix una desconnexi\u00f3 molt r\u00e0pida davant de curtcircuits d&#8217;alta intensitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<div automatitzar el funcionament de les m\u00e0quines o processos connectats al quadre.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aut\u00f2mats programables (PLC) \u2014 l&#8217;element central de control en quadres amb automatitzaci\u00f3, on es programa la l\u00f2gica de funcionament del proc\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pantalles HMI \u2014 interf\u00edcie que permet a l&#8217;operador visualitzar l&#8217;estat del proc\u00e9s i interactuar amb el sistema de control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pulsadors, selectors i pilots de senyalitzaci\u00f3 \u2014 elements de comandament manual i d&#8217;indicaci\u00f3 visual de l&#8217;estat de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 (marxa, aturada, avaria), habitualment ubicats a la porta del quadre o en un pupitre associat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Embarrat i connexi\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9s el sistema que distribueix l&#8217;energia el\u00e8ctrica entre els diferents components del quadre.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Barres de distribuci\u00f3 (pletines de coure) \u2014 condueixen el corrent principal des de l&#8217;interruptor general cap als diferents circuits derivats, dimensionades segons la intensitat m\u00e0xima que han de suportar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Borns de connexi\u00f3 \u2014 punts d&#8217;uni\u00f3 entre els conductors interns del quadre i els cables que surten cap als equips exteriors, fonamentals per a la tra\u00e7abilitat i el manteniment futur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conductors i canaletes \u2014 el cablejat interior del quadre i els canals que l&#8217;organitzen i protegeixen, la correcta disposici\u00f3 dels quals facilita enormement el diagn\u00f2stic d&#8217;avaries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elements de protecci\u00f3 personal<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els components amb risc de contacte directe \u2014borns, embarrats o parts actives accessibles en obrir la porta del quadre\u2014 es protegeixen habitualment amb plaques de seguretat de metacrilat transparent, que permeten la inspecci\u00f3 visual sense exposar el personal al risc de contacte el\u00e8ctric directe.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sistemes de ventilaci\u00f3 i dissipaci\u00f3 t\u00e8rmica<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;aparallatge interior genera calor durant el seu funcionament. En quadres de certa densitat de components \u00e9s necessari incorporar reixetes de ventilaci\u00f3, ventiladors for\u00e7ats o, en aplicacions m\u00e9s exigents, intercanviadors de calor o climatitzadors d&#8217;armari, evitant que la temperatura interior comprometi la vida \u00fatil dels components. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Documentaci\u00f3 i identificaci\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un quadre el\u00e8ctric industrial no est\u00e0 complet sense la seva documentaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica associada: esquemes unifilars i de comandament, llistats de cables i borns, i plaques d&#8217;identificaci\u00f3 en cada component i conductor. Aquesta documentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s la que permet un manteniment eficient i una intervenci\u00f3 segura anys despr\u00e9s de la posada en marxa del quadre. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com s&#8217;organitza un quadre el\u00e8ctric per zones<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 dels components individuals, un quadre ben dissenyat segueix una l\u00f2gica de disposici\u00f3: l&#8217;aparallatge de pot\u00e8ncia s&#8217;agrupa separat dels elements de control i automatitzaci\u00f3, l&#8217;embarrat principal queda accessible per\u00f2 protegit, i el cablejat s&#8217;organitza en canaletes diferenciades per a circuits de pot\u00e8ncia i de control. Aquesta organitzaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s est\u00e8tica: redueix interfer\u00e8ncies electromagn\u00e8tiques, facilita el manteniment i permet identificar visualment qualsevol anomalia amb rapidesa. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipus de quadres el\u00e8ctrics industrials segons la seva funci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Encara que tots comparteixen aquesta base de components, hi ha diferents tipus de quadres segons la seva funci\u00f3 principal: quadres de control per a automatitzaci\u00f3 de processos, quadres de distribuci\u00f3 de pot\u00e8ncia, centres de control de motors (CCM) per a plantes amb m\u00faltiples motors, i quadres amb t\u00e8cniques de protecci\u00f3 espec\u00edfiques per a zones ATEX. Addicionalment, la Directiva de Baixa Tensi\u00f3 2014\/35\/UE regula la seguretat el\u00e8ctrica dels equips, i en quadres destinats a maquin\u00e0ria espec\u00edfica pot aplicar tamb\u00e9 la Directiva de M\u00e0quines 2006\/42\/CE. Con\u00e8ixer aquesta normativa \u00e9s clau a l&#8217;hora de seleccionar components: no tots els fabricants ofereixen aparallatge certificat per a les mateixes condicions de servei.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Per qu\u00e8 el disseny i la selecci\u00f3 de components professional importa<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Triar cada component d&#8217;un quadre el\u00e8ctric industrial \u2014el calibre d&#8217;un magnetot\u00e8rmic, la secci\u00f3 d&#8217;una pletina de coure, el grau de protecci\u00f3 de l&#8217;envolvent\u2014 no \u00e9s una decisi\u00f3 a\u00efllada: cada elecci\u00f3 afecta al conjunt i a la seguretat de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3. Un dimensionament incorrecte de l&#8217;aparallatge de protecci\u00f3 pot deixar una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 desprotegida davant d&#8217;un curtcircuit real, mentre que un embarrat subdimensionat pot generar sobreescalfaments progressius dif\u00edcils de detectar fins que provoquen una avaria major. Per aix\u00f2 el disseny d&#8217;un quadre el\u00e8ctric industrial requereix enginyeria el\u00e8ctrica espec\u00edfica, no nom\u00e9s muntatge.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preguntes freq\u00fcents sobre les parts d&#8217;un quadre el\u00e8ctric industrial<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quina \u00e9s la difer\u00e8ncia entre un magnetot\u00e8rmic i un diferencial?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;interruptor magnetot\u00e8rmic protegeix la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 i els equips davant de sobrec\u00e0rregues i curtcircuits, desconnectant el circuit quan el corrent supera el valor calibrat. L&#8217;interruptor diferencial, en canvi, protegeix les persones: detecta fugues de corrent cap a terra \u2014que poden indicar un contacte el\u00e8ctric perill\u00f3s\u2014 i desconnecta el circuit encara que el corrent total no superi cap l\u00edmit de sobrec\u00e0rrega. Tots dos elements compleixen funcions complement\u00e0ries i pr\u00e0cticament tot quadre el\u00e8ctric industrial els incorpora de forma conjunta.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quina funci\u00f3 t\u00e9 l&#8217;embarrat en un quadre el\u00e8ctric?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;embarrat, format habitualment per pletines de coure, distribueix el corrent el\u00e8ctric principal des de l&#8217;interruptor general cap als diferents circuits derivats del quadre. El seu dimensionament ha de suportar la intensitat m\u00e0xima prevista sense generar escalfaments excessius, i la seva disposici\u00f3 f\u00edsica dins del quadre afecta directament la seguretat de les intervencions de manteniment. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Per qu\u00e8 s&#8217;utilitzen plaques de metacrilat als quadres el\u00e8ctrics?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les plaques de metacrilat transparent protegeixen davant del contacte directe amb parts actives \u2014borns, embarrats, terminals\u2014 sense impedir la inspecci\u00f3 visual de l&#8217;interior del quadre. Permeten verificar l&#8217;estat de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3, detectar possibles anomalies o comprovar indicadors lluminosos sense necessitat de retirar cap protecci\u00f3 ni exposar el personal al risc el\u00e8ctric. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quina normativa regula la fabricaci\u00f3 de quadres el\u00e8ctrics industrials?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La norma de refer\u00e8ncia \u00e9s la IEC 61439, que estableix els requisits constructius, d&#8217;assaig i de verificaci\u00f3 dels conjunts d&#8217;aparallatge de baixa tensi\u00f3.
